Hometown Dental
We help support associate dentists no matter where they are in their careers by providing the resources that support their vision. Whether it’s clinical advancement, leadership, visa sponsorship, philanthropy or partnership, we value your journey and will support your passion.
Who do you trust?
It’s hard as an associate to know who to trust on your journey. There’s private practice that lures you in only to have you working on the unwanted and less profitable cases while the owner takes the cases you were promised. Then there are the DSOs that care more about efficiency and the opinions of their non-clinical staff than giving you the autonomy you were promised. This leads to many dentists being frustrated, burned out, and confused. The only alternative becomes looking at ownership before they are ready.
We Build Trust
At DAG we value each employee but understand the specific pressures put on clinicians as this is a dentist-run company. If you want an opportunity to be the dentist you envision you are just an interview away. While we exceed the industry average in compensation, we also provide partnership opportunities.
Leadership
We don’t believe in traditional management. We believe in collaborative leadership and for us, leadership isn’t a reward, it’s a responsibility. We are responsible for your success and will make sure you have the autonomy and resources to be successful.
